1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the CoreMC waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to CoreMC Launcher. Waitlist position is indicative and may change based on referral activity and other factors. We reserve the right to grant access in any order we see fit.

3. Account

When you join the waitlist, a passwordless account is created for you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your session. Do not share your session or referral links in a misleading way.

4. Referral Program

Each waitlist member receives a unique referral code. Sharing your referral code may improve your waitlist position. Abuse of the referral system (e.g. fake sign-ups, automated submissions) will result in removal from the waitlist.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to manipulate your waitlist position through automated means.
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.

6. Intellectual Property

CoreMC, the CoreMC logo, and all associated branding are the property of the CoreMC team. You may not use our branding without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The waitlist service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or interruption of access.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the email you provided.
